Hi everyone!
If there's one thing I'm forever shopping for, it's nail polish! For just over a year now, I've been sticking to the same brand for all the polishes I've bought, meaning my collection is getting a little out of hand. I was a little unfamiliar with the quality of Rimmel London's products before starting my collection, but have since been pleasantly surprised!
My best friend and I decided to do Christmas a little different this year, with presents happening at the beginning of February. One of the things she got me was the bottle of from the 'Space Dust' range that I haven't stopped using since!

Their '60 Seconds' range is perfect for quick fixes during the week, doing exactly what it says on the tin. I loved how long one coat stayed on without chipping, especially after a week of lectures. This post is named after one of my favourite shades in this collection, 'Oh boy you're so fine'. The quirky names created by Rimmel are sometimes half the fun of choosing a new shade while shopping!

The 'I Love Lasting Finish' collection is perfect for longer lasting quality colour, but a couple of my favourites are part of the 'Precious Stones' range, consisting of two shades that are perfect for adding a little sparkle to everyday nails, or for special occasions. I picked up '002 Ruby Crush' for my nineteenth birthday night out last July, and the '001 Diamond Dust' especially for Halloween 2013. Both of these look so good as a topcoat over other polishes, or built up on their own.
Oh, and I forgot to mention. Each polish is between £2.50 and £4, meaning that even on my student budget I can afford to expand my ever-growing collection with the quality of a well known cosmetics brand.
Possibly time to try to a different brand, any recommendations?
Melanie.
